  • Favorite bible verse: The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge. Proverbs 14:18
  • Favorite quote: “It has been my observation over the years, that if you take a carburetor or a Volkswagen engine apart and put it together enough times, you will eventually have two of them.” - Dave Taylor
  • Hobbies/Interests/Pets: Rollerhockey, ice hockey, anything MN Wild, and hotrods. Jason owns a race winning Greyhound named Bill, and a cat named Ollie.
  • Little known fact: Jason has mad skills: guitar, hockey, engine building, computer hacking.
  • Noteworthy: Jason was former leader of the Hillcrest UMC Youth Group, and he owns a 1952 Studebaker.
  • Something that makes you happy: Putting one past Kuyper when playing rollerhockey!
  • Craziest thing ever attempted:Jason successfully saved the entire camp from a rabid squirrel by snapping an oar in half while attempting to kill it. (Please note: Neither Jason nor any animals were hurt in this incident- except of course for the rabid squirrel. The autopsy showed it died from a heart attack.)
  • Favorite movie quote: "Now listen to me! I want you to go out there and I want you to HIT THE PACE CAR!" -Days of Thunder
